From Las Vegas we did a one day trip to Zion National Park

The drive alone is worth it

The mountain scenery is spectacular

We chose to climb one of the highest peaks

The trail to Angel's Landing is steep but well maintained

The Park Service says it climbs 1488 feet but it seemed like twice that

This is very near the top

The Rangers say it's at least a 4 hour hike. We went up in 2 and down in 1.

The views at the top are worth the long hike.

So beautiful
